Returns & Exchanges Policy

At New Pump Order, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  
  
• Items must be unopened and in their original condition.
  

Eligible Items

• Supplements must be unopened, with the safety seal still intact.
  
  
• Clothing must be unworn, with tags still attached.
  
  

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at newpumporder@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to process.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, opened supplements and worn clothing cannot be returned.
